Refund & Cancellation Policy

My Aesthetic Needs

At My Aesthetic Needs, we are committed to providing safe, effective, and professional treatments. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations so expectations are clear before booking.

1. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of treatment.

  • Full payment is required before or at the time of treatment, depending on the procedure.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a charge, and deposits can be transferred to a future booking.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-show”), will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • For prepaid packages, a missed session without notice will be counted as used.

3. Refunds for Treatments

  • Once a treatment has been provided, it is non-refundable. Results vary between individuals, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • If you have purchased a course of treatments and have not yet started, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • If you have started a course, refunds are not available for used sessions. Any unused sessions may be credited toward other treatments at our discretion.

4. Gift Vouchers & Prepaid Packages

  • Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased.

  • They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Medical Considerations

  • If you experience an unexpected medical reaction, please notify us immediately. A review will be carried out by our practitioner, and corrective treatment may be offered.

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional medical circumstances, supported by evidence, at the clinic’s discretion.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.

7. Policy Updates
