My Aesthetic Needs
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services at My Aesthetic Needs. By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment, product, or package, you agree to the following:
1. Appointments & Consultations

All new clients are required to attend a consultation prior to treatment.

Treatments will only be carried out if the practitioner deems them safe and suitable.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion.
2. Payments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Full payment is required before or at the time of treatment, depending on the procedure.

Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of deposit or session.

For prepaid courses/packages, missed appointments without notice will be counted as used.
4. Refunds

Treatments already provided are non-refundable.

Refunds are only available in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
5. Medical Suitability & Results

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information during consultation.

Treatments may not be suitable for everyone, and outcomes vary between individuals.

No guarantees are made regarding treatment results.

If medical conditions or contraindications are identified, we may refuse or postpone treatment in your best interest.
6. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your safety, My Aesthetic Needs cannot be held responsible for unforeseen side effects or adverse reactions, provided procedures were carried out in accordance with professional standards.

Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions given by practitioners.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and increase the risk of complications.
7. Children & Guests

Treatments are available only to clients aged 18 and over.

Children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

Guests may be asked to wait in the reception area.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with data protection laws.

Personal data will only be used for treatment, bookings, and clinic administration unless you consent to receive marketing communications.
9. Vouchers & Packages
-
Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual without prior approval.
10. Complaints

Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible, preferably on the day of treatment.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 30 days of the treatment date to complaints@myaestheticneeds.co.uk

We will investigate complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable time frame.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
12. Updates to Terms
My Aesthetic Needs reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or on request.
